During your trip fresh, delicious, locally-sourced ingredients come together to make our 403 Grill menu (named after our 1950’s locomotive) a favorite for breakfast and lunch. Gather around our tasty appetizers and then order fan-favorites for lunch, like Basil Chicken Panini and Grass-fed Angus & Buffalo Burgers. Riding the Breakfast Train? Your choice of hearty breakfast burritos, pancakes, and omelets are always available on our morning departures.
